Let me help you with this stuff. The tabulature may confuse you regarding the number spacing. So

Here you gotta play E5 four times(only E note can be played after playing E5) and vibrato on Second fret of 1st string E.

Then repeat it and play E5 only once followed by f# note of 1st str. Then again E5*4, 2~~; E5; E note on 6 str. repeated. Finally, artificial Harmonic on 2nd fret of 1st str. with wide vibrato holding pre-bend.
